1. Introduction

ServixHub is a platform where service providers ("Providers") list their services, and users ("Customers") book and pay them directly. ServixHub charges Providers a subscription fee for access to the platform.

By using ServixHub, you agree to these terms.

2. User & Provider Responsibilities

• Providers must:
  1. Pay subscription fees to ServixHub.
  2. Fulfill services as promised to Customers.
• Customers must:
  1. Pay Providers directly (ServixHub is not involved in these transactions).
  2. Follow Providers' booking and cancellation rules.

3. Payments & Financial Terms

• Customers pay Providers directly (via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods).
• ServixHub charges Providers a recurring fee (monthly/yearly) for platform access.
• No transaction feesare taken from Customer payments.

4.Dispute Resolution

• ServixHub does not handle payments or refunds between Customers and Providers.
• Any payment disputes must be resolved directly between the Customer and Provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

ServixHub is not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by third-party Providers.
• Payment disputes between Customers and Providers.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
